 Traig Consulting is There For You!Traig Consulting started in March 2008 to provide computer and woodwind instrument support and repair.  Traig handles all computer issues from servers to workstations, backup systems to advanced networks, and even stand-alone computers to home networks.  Traig also handles all woodwind instruments with re-padding, soldering, key regulation, and also minor body repairs. Trey Streetman and Craig Schulz, partners in the new venture, set out to provide a different level of customer service from their competition.  They observed that companies seem to have forgotten what customer service is about.

"We understand the trouble that people have had in the past with customer service," Streetman says. "We thought that because we are both experienced in computer technology and musical instrument repair, and that most businesses give poor quality customer service with these areas of service, these are areas where we should focus our business." 

Don't Let the Lemons Get You Down!Their ad campaign, "Don't let the lemons get you down," aims to show customers that Traig Consulting can provide top-level service when a customer feels down because their computer or musical instrument is not working properly.

Traig Consulting brought computer support and musical instrument repair together for two main reasons. First, Streetman and Schulz each have extensive expertise in those respective fields and, secondly, their customer base started with home-based individuals - chiefly parents and students. Since Traig Consulting was formed, however, the customer base has grown to include a large amount of commercial customers and school districts.

Traig Consulting specializes in all types of computer support, including virus removal, networking, and server solutions. The company's musical instrument support extends to all woodwind instruments.

"Even though our company is still small, the level of service we offer to our customers and the growth in our business has not been," said Schulz. "Since we launched our company earlier this year, our customer base has grown from just a few to over 100, with over 20 monthly maintenance contracts. We now also support over 1,000 computer systems."
